The purpose of Abstract Photo Exhibition community

This site is built for photo artists, professional photographers, artists who uses photographic expression, hobbyists, art buyers and producers and art enjoyers.

Abstract Photo Exhibition community's purpose is to
1) build high level artistic exhibitions at net address www.abstractphoto.info
2) network between artists, producers, art buyers
3) research photographic abstract expression and techniques
4) help photoartists to find markets
5) make joint efforts to creative projects and their commercialization
6) find ways to make community art projects at network
7) make discussions about expression of abstract photography
8) encourage members to creativity and experimental working

Community member can make own gallery and as many albums she or he wants. There are no limitations in artistic expression as long they are made by photographic or digital imaging techniques and are according to law. It is important to participate in discussions at Abstract Photo Exhibition community's forums. There you can debate about the photographic expression.

However, please remember these regulations
1) We are doing artistic and creative work and the target is abstract & experimental expression.
2) This site is NOT for represent natural media artworks (paintings, watercolor works, handcraft, sculpture etc).
3) You can't UPLOAD any piece of artwork here if you don't own the copyright of it. Usually that means that you are the artist.
4) Don't put here family pictures, portraits, pet pictures etc (unless they are somehow abstract, creative or experimental) - you can share those kind of pictures at Flickr or Picasa.
5) Please don't superimpose any embedding copyright notices or other texts on image. Use META information fields for that.

Exhibition area is community's official stage, and there is choosing procedure when making new exhibitions. Exhibitions are made technically as albums (collections) where there is a limit of 100 images. Curator or jury chooses artworks by giving them tags. Community member can also make suggestions of exhibitions by making joint collections. Administrator puts them to navigation bar and features it after request and approval.
