An Organ is build-up out of large number of organ keys and pipes of different sizes. It's a harmonious sight and an impressive communication whole. By pressing down all the organ keys at once, an incredible cacophony blows out of one's senses, in where not one tone seems ti fit in one another. This creates a mental image of many companies, communities and ways of action in where there are not given enough of weight on total view and creative collaboration. Many professionals working in traditional "organ pipe" (box) organization appears to be captured in the organ pipes, because an cantor-organists with enough of guts to push down the keys at once, in order to blow the "pipe professionals" up to the space to meet and interact with each other, is simply missing.

LEARNING TO THINK (Contemporary Art Installation by Anthony Gormley) makes me think about all individuals who are trapen in Box-organizations of various sizes, which I use to call Creativity Killers.

Traditional notes can be described as a linear process chart, where the notes are “fixed” on a stave. The score of contemporary music is a time-dependent graphic representation. It is a composition played with several instruments, but there is not necessarily even one traditional note or a stave. It can for instance be a circle filled with indigenous symbols, which represents a totally unidentified chaos for most people, but in the eyes of the composer a well ordered goal which generates success for whole of the orchestra.

It seems like there are more terms than thoughts in the world of today.
